The resort offers 54 condominium units and suites in a beachfront three-story light gray building without elevators facing the Caribbean. Each unit and suite includes a sea-view patio or balcony and a full kitchen equipped with four-burner range, microwave oven, dishwasher, and icemaker refrigerator. Units are individually owned and rented in owners' absences. Varying decor features rattan furniture, brightly colored fabrics, and tile floors.

Breezez - Casual, open-air restaurant and bar in multi-colored wood building, with terrace seating also available. Lunch menu of salads, sandwiches, burgers, beer-battered shrimp, grilled fish, blackened prime rib, pasta. Dinner menu features escargot, salads, pork Marsala, lobster, pasta. Housemade rum cake and tropical drinks day and night.

What to expect: Spacious lawns, flowering gardens, and a secluded beach ensure families and couples enjoy peaceful vacations in a residential setting away from resort-hotel bustle but near stroller-friendly, pastel-colored downtown Christiansted. Amenity highlights: Furnished with thatch shades, studded with palm trees, and protected by a reef 300 yards offshore, a 0.25-mile beach runs in front of the resort along the turquoise-and-blue Caribbean Sea. Terraced above the beach behind purple railings are a 90-by-12-foot lap pool, a 12-person half-moon-shape spa, and a sundeck adjacent to Breezez restaurant and bar. Insider tip: Several supermarkets are located within a half-mile to 1 mile of the resort.
